The half marathon online training plan includes:
1 phone consultation
weekly email or phone check-ins
unlimited communication for the duration of the plan
Plan is delivered weekly via the Final Surge app and website for the duration of the training plan. Changes to the plan may occur as a result of the weekly check-ins.
The plan does not include in-person coaching or training sessions.
Recommended prerequisite: Completion of a 10k within the past 6 months or the ability to run/walk 4 miles.
